A man named Govind has some form of connection with the high powers associated with universe and he is called Bad Luck Govind because when he traverses the milk farm, cows’ stops giving milk and even in case fresh milk is taken it curdles on his presence.

Then in a comedy situation one day Govind reaches Mumbai from Delhi .A news anchor Mamta plays a crucial role to bring Govind to the place where he meets his transformed destiny.
